Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnerships (Mobility & Insurance) :
- Identify and secure partnerships with key stakeholders including car dealers, leasing companies, SME business owners, and insurance providers to drive cross-vertical growth.
- Develop B2B & SME focused campaigns utilizing your knowledge of business structures to pitch fleet partnerships and employee benefit programs to corporate clients.
- Negotiate perks and benefits across both mobility and insurance products (e.g., commercial insurance packages, tax-deductible rental benefits) to create unique value propositions for our members.
2. Community Education & Enablement :
- Lead the "Host & Partner Academy": Transform our community building into an educational powerhouse. Organize seminars and workshops (online/offline) to teach car owners and SMEs how to manage their assets as a business.
- Act as a key trainer/speaker for internal teams and external partners, breaking down complex concepts (such as insurance coverage, rental income management, and platform usage) into easy-to-understand sessions.
- Create renter and client engagement activities that go beyond social meets, focusing on lifestyle and financial security (e.g., "Smart Car Ownership" or "SME Cost Saving" workshops).
3. Software Implementation & Process Optimization :
- Act as the Senior Product Specialist for our internal tech stack. You will take ownership of SaaS tools (CRM, Accounting integrations, Booking management) to ensure seamless operations.
- Translate business needs into system requirements, leveraging experience with business software (e.g., Accounting or ERP platforms) to streamline workflows for the insurance and rental teams.
- Train team members and partners on how to effectively use our digital tools, ensuring high adoption rates and data accuracy.
- Manage the "Customer Success" flow, ensuring that our support teams are equipped with the right data and processes to handle insurance claims and rental inquiries efficiently.
4. Analytics & Financial Reporting :
- Track partnership performance with a data-driven mindset, analyzing not just user numbers but the financial viability and retention rates of our insurance and rental portfolios.
- Report insights to leadership, offering recommendations based on a solid understanding of business logic, revenue recognition, and operational costs.
Qualifications
1) 3+ years of experience in Product Specialization, Business Development, or Account Management.
2) Proven experience implementing and teaching software tools acting as a bridge between technical tools and non-technical users.
3) Good communication skills with a track record of being a speaker, trainer, or seminar leader.
4) Native Thai fluency is required; functional English is preferred.
