Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategy, planning, and execution of the car subscription business unit.
- Define and drive KPIs and performance metrics aligned with company goals.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Own the lead acquisition strategy, from digital to offline channels.
- Optimize the sales funnel to maximize lead conversion and drive subscription growth.
- Set and monitor sales targets, continuously improving performance through coaching and tools.
- Champion a customer-first mindset across all functions of the subscription business.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and lead initiatives to improve retention and loyalty.
- Implement processes to ensure seamless onboarding, usage, and support.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Manage team budgets, expenses, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across marketing, operations, finance, and technology teams.
Qualifications
1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2) 10+ years of experience in sales, business operations, or general management, preferably in automotive, subscription services, or mobility industries.
3) Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving business growth.
4) Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and customer success metrics.
5) Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
6) Data-driven and results-oriented, with strong analytical and financial acumen.
